  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Correct pricing or listing errors
    • Cancel or refuse orders
    • Limit quantities purchased
    • Cancel orders where fraud, abuse, or error is suspected

An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation is issued.


4. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

Key points:

  • All sales are final unless an item is faulty or materially misdescribed
  • Returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction are not accepted outside statutory rights
  • Items damaged, lost, or stolen during courier transit are not refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • For bulk orders, all returned items must be received before a refund is issued; partial refunds apply only to eligible returned items
  • We document packaging and item condition at dispatch; returned items must match the original condition

Your statutory rights are not affected.


5. Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms.

Key points:

  • Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Once an order is handed to the courier, the courier assumes responsibility for transit

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Purely Home is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged while in the care of the courier
  • All transit-related claims must be raised directly with the courier
  • We may assist by providing dispatch information, but compensation decisions are made solely by the courier

Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.


6. Product Information & Usage

We aim to ensure product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However:

  • Minor variations, packaging changes, or updates may occur
  • Images are for illustrative purposes only

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchase.

Liquids, Cleaning & Chemical Products

All liquid, cleaning, scented, or chemical products must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions and warnings provided.

Purely Home is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, overuse, or incorrect application
  • Damage to surfaces, fabrics, or materials
  • Personal injury resulting from failure to follow instructions or warnings

Misuse does not constitute a fault and does not qualify for a refund.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to Purely Home.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purely Home, Ahuja & Family Ltd, and their officers, employees, and agents are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Losses arising from misuse of products or failure to follow instructions
  • Courier-related loss, damage, or delay

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product or service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Purely Home and Ahuja & Family Ltd from all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
